Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between Equinox Hospitality Solutions LLC-FZ, UAE (registered office: Meydan Grandstand, Shared Desk, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates) and the clinic using the platform. These terms govern use of the VeaDesk platform by a clinic and its authorised team members. By creating a workspace, the clinic accepts these terms.

Each workspace has owners, admins and staff. Owners and admins control integrations, pricing, consent settings and team access. Clinics are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for the actions of their team members.

VeaDesk is an administrative and communication tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. AI-generated replies are drafted from the clinic's own pricing, guardrails and settings, and remain the clinic's communications. Clinics must review their guardrails and can take over any conversation at any time.

Clinics are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact their patients and for complying with the policies of connected messaging providers. Consent records are maintained inside the workspace.

Deposit collection uses the clinic's own payment provider account. VeaDesk does not hold patient funds and is not a payment processor. Subscription fees for VeaDesk are billed separately according to the selected plan.

• No unlawful, misleading or harassing messaging.
• No uploading of data the clinic is not entitled to process.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. Features may change as the product develops. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms or to plan pricing.

A clinic may stop using VeaDesk at any time. On termination, workspace data is removed in line with the retention settings and any deletion request made by the clinic.
