- Do you support Arabic as well as English?
- Yes. Chat across WhatsApp, Instagram and website chat replies in Arabic and English — you choose whether it always uses one language or mirrors the language the patient wrote in. For the AI phone agent, the spoken languages are configured on your voice agent and confirmed with you during setup.
- How do patients pay, and how do we pay VeaDesk?
- Patient deposits are taken through your clinic's own Stripe account, so the money goes directly to you and VeaDesk never holds patient funds. Your VeaDesk subscription is billed separately in AED through Mamo Pay.
- What counts as a conversation in my monthly allowance?
- One conversation is one patient thread on one channel within a 24-hour window, however many messages it contains. Reception replies you send yourself are not counted.
- Are there any charges outside the VeaDesk subscription?
- Yes. WhatsApp Business messaging is billed by Meta, phone numbers and voice minutes by your telephony and voice providers, and card processing fees by your payment provider. Those accounts stay in your clinic's name and are billed directly to you.
- What happens during and after the trial?
- The trial runs for 14 days from activation. If you do not subscribe, the workspace becomes read-only — your data stays in place and nothing is deleted automatically.
- How long does setup take?
- Setup depends on how quickly your WhatsApp Business, payment and calendar accounts can be approved and connected. Most clinics complete it within a few working days with our help; Meta's own approval times are outside our control.
- Is a deposit the same as revenue?
- No. A deposit is an up-front payment that secures the appointment. Completed treatment revenue is recorded separately, so the two are never combined in your reporting.
- Does VeaDesk give medical advice?
- No. It handles administrative communication — availability, pricing questions, deposits and reminders — and hands clinical questions to your team.
